How we handle your information.

At The Authority Gap Consultancy, we are committed to maintaining the privacy of our website users.

Our contact, document-request and Pulse Check forms collect the details you choose to submit. These may include your name, organisation, role, email address, optional phone number, message, requested documents and Pulse Check answers.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, handle your document request or email your Pulse Check results. We do not sell your personal information or use your form details for additional marketing communication.

Form submissions are read and replied to by members of our team. Messages and personal information are stored in email inboxes so we can respond to your enquiry. The website does not keep a separate database of form submissions.

Services we use

We use Resend to deliver enquiry notifications and confirmation emails. Resend processes the email addresses and message contents needed to provide that service. Our hosting and email providers also process information needed to operate the website and our inboxes.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. Google processes information about your browser, device and interaction with the website for this security check. See the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and Resend’s Privacy Policy for information about these services.

Your information

At any time, you may ask to view the information you have submitted or request that we change or erase our records. You may do so by emailing contact@theauthoritygap.com.

Google Analytics

If you accept optional cookies, we load Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors interact with our site. This helps us analyse trends, improve website performance and enhance user experience.

Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers and can collect page views, traffic sources, browser and device information, and approximate location. These identifiers can distinguish browsers and visits, so we do not describe all Analytics data as anonymous. Google states that Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.

Our form code does not send the names, email addresses, messages or Pulse Check answers you submit to Google Analytics.

For more information, see Google’s data-collection information and the Google Privacy Policy for partner sites.

Cookies

You can accept or decline optional cookies using the popup. Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept. We remember your choice in this browser so you are not asked again on each page or visit, unless you clear your browser’s stored data.

Our forms also use a session cookie for security. Google reCAPTCHA is used when submitting a form, independently of your optional-cookie choice.
